Το The Sims 3 Island Paradise είναι το δέκατο πακέτο αναβάθμισης του The Sims 3. Το θέμα του, που δεν είναι άλλο από τις διακοπές σε ένα παραδεισένιο νησί, θυμίζει θεματικά τα προηγούμενα πακέτα The Sims: Vacation και The Sims 2: Bon Voyage, καθώς και ο πρώτο πακέτο αναβάθμισης του The Sims 3: World Adventures.

Τον τελευταίο καιρό έχω παρατηρήσει ότι πολλά μέλη του stardoll έχουν αρχίσει να τσακώνονται και πραγματικά δεν μπορώ να καταλάβω το γιατί. Καταλαβαίνω πως ένα σχόλιο, μια παρουσίαση, ένα άρθρο ή κάτι τέτοιο μπορεί να αποτελέσει αφορμή για έναν καυγά. Έχω παρατηρήσει πως τέτοιοι καυγάδες δημιουργούνται κυρίως σε διάσημα μέλη του stardoll, όπως starbloggers, msw finalists, covergirls και άλλα μέλη που με τον ένα ή με τον άλλο τρόπο έχουν γίνει διάσημα. Αυτοί οι καυγάδες συχνά αναγκάζουν τα μέλη του stardoll, γνωστά και μη, να χωρίζονται σε δυο ή περισσότερα στρατόπεδα. Για σκεφτείτε τις συνέπειες... Με την ελληνική κοινότητα του stardoll διαχωρισμένη, η ελληνική πλευρά περνάει κρίση καθώς τα άτομα που κρατάνε τα σκήπτρα της ασχολούνται με αντιζηλίες. Τα μέλη του ελληνικού stardoll θέλουν δυνατά άτομα που μπορούν να εμπιστεύονται σε μεγάλους διαγωνισμούς, όπως είναι το miss stardoll world. Πρέπει λοιπόν να χωριζόμαστε και να ξεχνάμε το σημαντικό νόημα του παιχνιδιού, που δεν είναι άλλο από την συνεργασία και την διασκέδαση, ή να είμαστε ενωμένοι;
